Welcome to Jewnox Travel. By accessing our website or booking a tour package with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before planning your journey with us.

1. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are operated and managed by Jewnox Solutions Private Limited.
• A specified advance payment is required to confirm your booking for holiday trips, spiritual tours, or customized travel plans.
• The final payment must be cleared before the commencement of the journey, as per the agreed itinerary timeline.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in hotel rates, transport costs, or government taxes.

2. Itinerary Changes

Our goal is to make every journey comfortable and hassle-free. However, Jewnox Travel reserves the right to alter or modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, roadblocks, political disturbances, or natural disasters. In such cases, alternate arrangements will be made to the best of our ability.

3. Travel Documents and Insurance

• Travelers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued ID proofs (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport, etc.) required for hotel check-ins and travel.
• We highly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or loss of baggage. Jewnox Travel is not liable for these losses.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email. Cancellation charges will apply based on how close the cancellation is to the departure date. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original source of payment within standard banking processing times.

5. User Responsibilities

While exploring India’s culture, heritage, and beautiful destinations, travelers are expected to behave responsibly. Jewnox Travel reserves the right to terminate the tour of any individual whose behavior causes distress, danger, or annoyance to other group members, local communities, or staff.

6. Limitation of Liability

Jewnox Travel acts only as an agent for hotels, transporters, and other service providers. We shall not be held responsible for any delay, loss, injury, or damage to person or property caused by any act, default, or negligence of these independent contractors.
